By age 29, I had achieved the position of Assistant Vice President - a significant milestone that validated my leadership capabilities. However, despite this success in academia, I felt a persistent calling toward entrepreneurship. The structured environment had given me valuable skills, but I recognized that my true purpose lay in creating my own path.
This first chapter of my career established the foundational elements that would later define my coaching philosophy:
